RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Orzo Studios. If you wish to return any of your item/s, please register your return with us by contacting hello@orzostudios.com within 7 days of receiving your item/s. You will be supplied express post return shipping labels and the cost will be deducted from your refund or credit note.
CONDITION -
All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached. We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify.
SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS –
All sale items are final sale. These cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
FAULTY ITEMS –
Items that are deemed faulty will receive a full refund.
TIME FRAME -
All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchasing. All online returns must be lodged 7 days post receiving the goods.
FULL PRICED ITEMS –
Eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
10% OFF WELCOME CODE –
Full priced items purchased using the 10% welcome code are eligible for a refund or an online store credit. Any items purchased on sale over the value of 10% or using a promotional sale code are considered FINAL SALE, and not able to be returned.
SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS -
Sale items or promotional items with a discount greater than 10% are not eligible for a return.
SHIPPING -
Customers are liable for return shipping costs. This cost will be deducted from your refund or credit note.
