Our impact

SUSTAINABILITY - 

Orzo Studios is committed to changing the narrative around fast fashion; by creating durable quality products made from natural fibres and dead stock fabric. We can change the perception from a young age and help teach our teens and children to care for our clothing. 

Orzo Studios will never waiver on our fabric selections and include dead stock fabrics as a main produciton point for every collection / edition. 

We are committed creating beautiful clothing not at the cost of the planet. 

PRODUCTION - 

Orzo Studios production is split between Australia, Indonesia and China. We work with family run and independent makers that we have had relationships with for almost a decade. 

FAIR WORK -

We work with a small number of carefully selected suppliers to guarantee fair production and quality at every step of the manufacturing chain. We promote partnerships of mutual collaboration and open dialogue between equal partners. We believe it is crucial to have an open-sourcing dialogue and share responsible practices to create improved working conditions and ethical business operations. Every person working with us in both Australia and abroad feels valued, respected and part of a team. 

MATERIALS -

Each collection / edition we take a mindful approach to fabric selection. We consider the wear and durability of each fabric, the comfort, the ease of washing and the environmental impact. We use only natural fibres such as sustainable silk, linen, cotton and jersey. We also include in every collection / edition a large portion of dead stock fabric sourced sustainably from around the world.
